Spent most of our time at the pool or the theme park so the amenities of the room was not really in question with us. We have been here before, we came back, enough said. It's a nice get away for the kids. more

Best Reception Ever!: I actually had my Wedding Reception at this location. It was perfect. The room was beautiful with a fountain in the background, pillars and soft lights everywhere. The staff was so great to us and even put up with the father of the bride's crazy demands with a smile. They even arranged for a location in the hotel to be reserved for a gift opening the next morning. They covered everything. I couldn't have asked for more. The suite that evening was beautiful with a balcony that we could sit on and just relax and talk. I would recommend this location to anyone getting married in the future. more

I was dreading staying here after reading the reviews, but my brother and his wife and kids have always liked this hotel and wanted to stay for the Fourth of July weekend. It turned out to be a great stay. Here are some of the things that I wanted to address based on what I've read from others reviews: I had three rooms reserved including one for one night and two for two nights. No problem and all the rooms were together. The front desk help was very friendly and helpful. Manager was clearly present at all times. Manager was leaving the front desk but returned when he saw me approaching. Room was clean, no smell, and very trendy. Flat screen tv in all rooms. Entrance to all room we had reserved had a tile floor. You can reach the bathroom and sink on tile. I think this cuts down on wet feet reaching the carpet. No problem with pool temps or chlorine. Had breakfast at their buffet. Excellent staff and our trendy coffee drinkers loved the coffee. The buffet is very basic, but good. The next day we had room service for one of the kids and it was quick and appropriately priced. Staff brought extra towels, coffee and cream, and shampoo to my mom when requested very quickly. So, I hope this all means that the hotel is turning things around. I hope you all have a good stay there. We did! more

Don't go anywhere else.: We come to Adventureland every year and the only place we stay (at the request of our three children) is the Adventureland Inn. They are very accomodating, clean, close and we have never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend. more

My daughter ran into trouble when she attempted to book 3 rooms in Feb. fro this visit June, online. She & I were very impressed when she was called @ home the next day from staff at your hotel who wondered if she needed help.! We were given poolside rooms for all 3 family sets and we were thrilled to be so close together! We had a great time! 10 of us - ages 1 yr to 62 years old! more

Just another BIG THANKS for what you did for me and my family this past Tuesday. We had thought we had reserved a poolside room near the kiddle pool but we were mistaken. The kids would have been so disappointed not to be right by the pool as we are every year. Somehow you made it work and got our room changed to the courtyard right by the pool. This made our whole stay just wonderful. It was great to see someone working a job that seemed to really care about the customer and do whatever he could for them. more
