DO NOT HAVE A PROCEDURE DONE HERE!!! 5/16/2012

Please heed this warning! Dr. Gonzalez is an incompetent surgeon who lost his medical license in Puerto Rico as a gynecologist and stands to lose his license in CA for performing cosmetic procedures in which he is not qualified. He has several civil suits filed against him in Placer County and he is currently under investigation by the California State Medical Board. Dr. Gonzalez is not board certified and does not have hospital privileges (BIG RED FLAG!). Watch the news report (09-26-11) from Channel 10 website titled [news/article/155650/2/Folsom-woman-scarred-by-uncertified-plastic-surgeon] and read reviews on YELP. If you value your life and body, do not allow this man to operate on you, your family members or friends. The positive reviews on this page were written by his staff members or people paid to write positive reviews. Vitals.co.. also contains some very negative reviews that should be heeded. Dr. Efrain Diego Gonzalez is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and needs to be shut down before he maims or kills someone! DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO OPERATE ON YOU!!! more

i highly recommend them 5/10/2012

i had a breast augmentation and i highly recommend them. they have great service, and a very friendly staff. your coordinator is with you every step of the way and answers any questions that you might have. also the doctor is very nice and makes sure to give you what you want. its a great place with a comfortable environment. wouldnt recommend any other place more

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr Gonzalez, who to me has been the perfect Dr. in all aspects. He was very comforting since the first time I met him, he knew exactly what I wanted, and was happy to answer all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. The staff was also very welcoming, helped me with every step, giving lots of attention and advice, making me feel at home. more

I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Gonzalez and it was a wonderful experience. Personally pain for me was minimal and with the meds I was very comfortable. Surgery for me seamed quick and recover was also pretty good. All in all it was a great experience and I dont regret it. I recommend it to all my friends! more

did a breast Augmentation with Dr. Gonzalez. It was a great experience. I went to several Drs before coming here and As soon as i met him i knew i wanted to do them here. He cares very much about his patients. I am also very happy with the outcome after surgery. I recommend this Doctor to everyone who asks me. :) more

my recuperation was quick 1/30/2012

i found out about Advanced Med Spa center by an add, my doctor was Dr. Gonzalez. and my recuperation was quick, and yes if anything i would do it again great... procedure performed, ottoplasty , breast augmentation. more

I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Gonzalez at the Advanced Med Spa Center. I had such a great experience. All my questions were answered from the day of my consultation to the day of my last follow up. Very very good place. Friendly enviroment and highly recommended!!!! more

super fast and easy 1/3/2012

I had a baby 8 months ago and i was scare to got to a procedure again since i had a breast aumentation 5 years ago. i did a lot of research on doctors and their experience but i truely recomend Dr Gonzalez i felt confident and in good hands with him. my recuperation was super fast and easy. more

extremely nice and caring 12/18/2011

I came to do my first breast augmentation surgery in Advanced Med Spa. All the front of the hose staff were extremely nice and caring. The first time i met Dr Gonzalez he was really nice and explained everything with details, told me what size would be good for me so i wouldnt look bad. Dr Gonzalez did an amazing surgery and im in love with my new look. If ihad to go make i would not change anything. I recomend Advanced Med Spa to everyone that want to make a change. more

I have had zero complaints 10/10/2011

I have been a longtime client of Advanced Medical Spa. From the moment you walk thru the door to your departure, you feel as if you are the only one being cared for. You are the top priority. Everything that you have done is completely explained, you are treated with dignity and respect and the nurses are just wonderful! I have had more that one procedure, breast augmentation and liposuction and most recently chin implant. I have had zero complaints and a zillion compliments! more
