I don't get the other comments on AACH 6/8/2011

I am at a loss as to how the ratings on this company could be so high. I was given Action Air as my contact thorugh a home warranty. Since our first contact they has schedule two appointments to come out and look at my airconditioning unit and have been no shows both times. Not once did they call to say we can't make it, i'm sorry, etc. Now when I call I just get the answering machine. I"m reporting them to the Home Warranty place immediately following this post. Horrible service and do not keep commitments. more

Efficient and Prompt AC Repair 5/15/2011

Action Air Conditioning came out to repair my home air conditioning when it broke down. Ron came out on time as he promised and diagnosed it very quickly. I was impressed with his knowledge and diagnostic skills. I would highly recommend Action Air. more
