I'm totally satisfied in every way. 8/20/2010

I used Able Heating and Cooling for an installation of a hybrid system of a heat pump and high efficiency furnace. I've used them in the past for my maintenance so I wasn't going in there blindly. Kelly worked hard to get my business. I went down to his shop, and he showed me some of the units and pointed out some features and was always there to answer my questions. He was very patient, and he made assurances that I would be satisfied. I believed him, and he made good on it. He's a great guy, he's good people. All business people should be of his caliber. Everything turned out great, we're very pleased. I'd tell a potential customer, you'll be satisfied. He's got a great installation crew. They know what they're doing, and they do it right. They don't do things sloppily. more

Honest service, quality installation. 8/13/2010

I found Able Heating and Cooling to be very accommodating. They were prompt in keeping the agreed upon scheduled appointments. The pricing was very fair. They were also truthful in their presentation. I have nothing but excellent things to say. The installation team showed up on time, and were quick to install. They completely cleaned up after themselves. Both my sales representative and the installation crew were great. Able Heating and Cooling replaced my 23 year old natural gas furnace with a high-efficiency Coleman natural gas furnace. I would encourage people to look at what they have to offer. Definitely talk with them; they are extremely helpful. They are not afraid to say that your current furnace works just fine. If there are budget constraints, they will work with you to find what is best for you. The first time Able came out to my house, I didn't replace the furnace because I felt like I could still get a couple months out of it. When I finally decided to replace it they honored the original estimate they gave me. They came back and gave me a scheduled time for the replacement. more

Great Company & Follow Through 8/24/2009

How a company deals with issues when they come up tells you a lot about them. We had a tech from Able come out in the morning, but a part had to be ordered, so we set a second appointment for around 3 pm. By 5 pm on one had come, due to a miscommunication on which site the tech was actually going to that afternoon. To make things right, the owner (Kelly) came out himself after hours that night and spent the 2 hours it took to get our AC back online. Given that it was 100 degrees + that day and that we have two small children, we were very appreciative of his commitment and follow through. That is the sign of a good company in my view and I recommend their work. The price was also in line with what we expected. Pros: Good service, good price and a company that actually cares more
