Avi Brender, does not care about anyone he rents to, The only thing he cares about is MONEY he will give you a court notification for 1 day late ? He is treating the tenants like they are garbage and he talks to you like you are beneath him.I really hope he has good luck in his own life in the future. Karma is a Bitch !!!!! more
