Their security cameras I say are great! I had it for 2 months and even if it?s snowing outside, I didn?t encounter having visual clarity with the video. Nice! more

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again. more

I decided to switch to ADT alarms because my previous alarm system kept on acting up. I'm with this system for 5 months and no problems encountered yet. Good job! more

I used ADT for my home monitoring until today when they called and reported a ""failed communications test"". This is the fifth month in a row with such an ""event"". ADT refused to pay for the service charge to come out and look at the keypad they modified exactly five months ago. Until ADT ""upgraded"" the keypad I never had a problem with failed communications tests. Their response to me was that I should have initiated a service call sooner. Please remember that ADT was already aware of the problem as they called to report the problem to me every month. I don't mind a mistake in the installation of their product, but to tell me that I was responsible for the fee to correct a problem ADT already knew existed? No thanks...terrible customer service!! more

I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms, and you are only allowed three a year, before they won't monitor you anymore. Seems false alarms cost money and police time. more

ADT home Security system is a company that has been around for many years and their long standing reputation with communities has been a positive one. ADT home security systems are a complete Do-It-Yourself system with easy installation and monitoring. It is a bit expensive but it?s easy to install and has four separate components which can cover at least 16 different areas within your home. They provide sensors for windows, doors, motion detection and smoke detection etc, and it?s completely customizable as well. If you are planning to get a home security system installed then I would recommend ADT would be the best bet. more
