The main reason why people install home security systems is to make our home a safer place to live in, ADT has been protecting my home for a long time and I am really impressed with their product and services. It is a bit expensive as compared to other home alarms. more

For example, you can arm or disarm your system from any web-enabled device or save energy by adjusting lighting and thermostat. It also provides remote video monitoring so you can, for example, see who is at your front door without going to the door. There are too many features of ADT pulse to list here. not functional 12/9/2012

They said it's my responsibility to test the alarm. Well unless I test the alarm nightly I have no way of knowing if it's working at their call center. I purchased the alert button for my elderly mother since I travel a lot and she has been really home alone since the service I've been paying for does not work. I now have to pay for a technician to come out and figure out why their wireless service is not functional. more

It is best to have ADT in your homes to make your loved ones safe all day. I made the right choice of getting ADT products. I'm paying not much but I am getting the serivce I truly deserve. I can't ask for more from this company. more

pretty positive experience 10/26/2012

I have used ADT for years for my home and recently set up an account for my business. All in all it was a pretty positive experience and the price was very competitive. The difference betweenthe home and business installation and setup was minimal, and I would have expected a slightly more polished approach to a commercial account, but the truth is that the systems are pretty similar. I will continue using ADT and appreciate their service. more

So many things I like to say about ADT. This is the best company, the very reliable one, and when it comes to the cost, it will really suit in anybody's budget. Make things safe for your business and family with ADT. I just got the system yesterday and so far its doing good. When they installed it, they were on time and the explanation on how it works was very simple. more

It makes me wonder if the thieves know that no one is going to respond so why not just take their time and get all they want. I can not believe that they did not advise us to call the police ourselves. What a waste of our money! more

I talked to a friend earlier this week and I am so glad to know that she had called ADT for the installation of her home security. She said their neighborhood is safe but she does not know when these bad people break in. So she decided to get ADT simply because they are best. more

installed professionally 10/5/2012

I have had ADT monitored since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed.Yesterday house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. more
