This company is reliable, friendly and they have good prices. They were able to come out to an emergency plumbing call because my water line had a pretty bad leak and they made it within an hour. Dan was the plumber who showed up and he took his time to explain what happened and what he needed to do to fix it. I had him do the job and he did a steller job. He fixed the leak and even cleaned up the water that had spread on the floor. I will call Dan and AAA Pros Plumbing & Rooter again if I need another plumber in San Jose. more

When my wife called me and said the toilet was overflowing all over the bathroom, i thought it was her way of playing an April Fools joke on me.... Sadly enough, it wasn't. After reading these guys reviews, i ended up calling them. Michael took my call and set up an appointment between 11-12 today! Awesome! So i jetted home to wait for the plumbers. Not too long after, Dan and Mike arrived ready to work. After a pre evaluation, we were able to pin point the exact problem. It turned out the toilet was clogged inside the bowl. After a good 30 minuets of cleaning the toilet with a hand held Auger, Dan was finally able to break threw whatever was backing us up. At the end of the job, the price was the same as he quoted me and everything was back to a working manor again. The service was great, and i would use again. more

Pros Plumbing is great! I called them this morning because both of my tubs were backing up. I called a little before 9 AM and they said someone would come to the house between 10 and 11 AM. Dan showed up around 10:30 and someone even called us in advance to let us know he was on his way. This is a nice feature for someone that is at work and can run home for the appointment. Dan was very courteous, explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix the problem. He had to snake from the roof as we don't have a cleanout. While it didn't take him long, I didn't feel he rushed. He even took the time to educate us (ie don't use Draino on galvanized pipes and tips how to clear a minor clog). I am very happy with the prompt visit and the exceptional service I received from Dan. I would highly recommend calling Pros Plumbing and asking for Dan. more

Dan is a complete life saver. I got a call from work from my roommate whose mother was visiting us... the mother had called her to tell her the toilet was overflowing and the woman below us had come up twice to tell us that water was literally RUNNING into her apartment's bathroom. I looked online for a plumber in san jose in Google and Pros Plumbing came up and the company was highly rated. I called, Dan answered, and he said he could be there in about an hour. He came and was incredible! He was confident, knew exactly what needed to be done, had everything on hand even when it turned out I needed a special part)... and actually even made me laugh a couple of times. He so knows his stuff (he basically rebuilt my toilet's insides), is all business but so polite... and at the end, two things stuck out even beyond his skills: 1) He made it a point to ask for spray cleaner and he cleaned my whole bathroom floor from the water. 2) He called a couple hours later to see if everything was going okay and to make sure I was happy. I am pretty unhappy about having the problem in the first place, but if I was going to have it, I was so glad that Dan was the person I ended up finding and calling. Couldn't have asked for better, quicker or more professional (and even kind) support for a plumbing issue. more
