I have yet to see good customer service, on any level, at this gym. Their welcome is tepid at best, and now they'll force you to give them your fingerprints and have you type in your phone number with a finger scan every time you arrive, or you have to provide ID with every entrance. (I'm not giving you my fingerprints - talk about security issues! So you'll make my check-in more cumbersome and unpleasant. Nice.)\r

The weights are never put in their proper places. They don't seem to do ""team clean"" at all here, and they never ask inconsiderate members to put weights away where they belong. No one cares here - the staff doesn't care about the members, so why should the members care? \r

The men's locker room doesn't seem to be really cleaned more than once a week (I'm sure something is done more often, but it doesn't show).\r

As soon as I can afford another gym's exorbitant fees, I'm leaving 24HF. These folks don't get it.
